We’re so pleased you’re here. We are a husband and wife team who have always had a dream of working together in property.
We began our business property journey in 2022 buying & renovating properties in Somerset. Whilst working on our own projects we realised we had the vision & desire to help landowners in the South West achieve the best possible value for their land.
We operate across Somerset and surrounding areas, including Dorset, Devon & Wiltshire
Our team includes in-house specialists in land acquisition, assessment, building design, planning policy, and land sales. At Hamdon Developments, we focus on project management, customer care, and clear communication between all parties involved.
Our immediate land partner brings over 10 years of experience in land buying and development, working with some of the UK’s largest companies, including Linden Homes and the Vistry Group. Every member of our team—from planning consultants to architects—goes the extra mile, ensuring your land is in safe, capable hands.

Cornmoor is a knockdown suburban development. Currently, a single detached unit, planning permission has been submitted to build two pairs of semi-detached properties. Given that the majority of properties in this area are semi-detached homes for professionals and families, this development will seamlessly integrate into the surrounding environment.
Conway Gardens is a backland development comprising four semi-detached units. The housing in this area predominantly consists of semi-detached homes for professionals and families.
This backland development is accessed to the development is provided between two houses, utilising a portion of two back gardens. Planning permission is in progress for two x 3-bedroom bungalows, as detached properties are in high demand in this area.
